Very knowledgeable and very encouraging.  I am still a current client and he has helped me my knees, sciatica and back issues.  He listens and adjusts to your needs. Ryan is the best by far. He is detail oriented, methodic, and teaches us why we are doing it (different exercises) in addition to what we are supposed to do.
