Greetings from the fastest growing powerlifting team in the Florida Keys, we follow custom programming focused on Squat, Bench, and Deadlift that is updated weekly. We have two, two hour open gyms per month on alternating Saturdays, open gym time also includes the time for our monthly Inbody scans with tape meaurements for progress tracking. We will also attend powerlifting meets as a team (optional), and of course all of this on top of nutritional help. Coaching starting at $175/month.

9 years experience in the fitness industry. Competed in 10 powerlifting meets myself. I have coached powerlifters for the past 5 years to: multiple state records, 400+ DOTS Scores, and 9/9 Meet days. I pride myself on my ability to work with any and all experience levels in powerlifting, from multi year veterans to brand new lifters preparing for their first meet, my job is to help you perform at your best on the platform by coaching you to a competition standard in the gym.

5 Years experience in the fitness industry. I have been working in person with clients with powerlifting centered patterns of motion for the last 4 years. I believe the Squat, Bench, and Deadlift are core movements of not only powerlifting but life itself. I always strive to deliver the best results possible while working one on one with clients and athletes to help perfect their Squat, Bench, and Deadlift, and reach new personal bests. In addition to that I regularly apply the BRM (Barbell Rehab Method) to my coaching to help athletes get back to performing their core patterns of motion pain free.

But What Is Powerlifting?

Powerlifting is a form of strength training focused on three main exercises: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Unlike other types of weightlifting, powerlifting emphasizes lifting as much weight as possible in these specific movements. Competitors aim to lift the heaviest weight they can for a single repetition in each exercise, with three attempts allowed for each lift. Powerlifting is not about how quickly you can move the weight, but rather about pure strength and technique. It’s a sport that celebrates raw power and the ability to lift heavy weights, with competitions held worldwide for athletes to showcase their strength.

In Person Coaching Included

Face to Face coaching every other Saturday with the team and Coach Ryan, for two hours to establish adequate form and technique, as well as build up the community through team lifts.
